Nutrition Essentials for Real Moms
We at Cahoots Fitness love and cherish exercise. We also know that moms can’t achieve their optimal health through exercise alone. Good nutrition is key to a healthy life, but busy moms encounter tons of obstacles to healthy eating, and we want to help make good nutrition practices more clear, simple, and achievable.
Nutrition Essentials for Real Moms is a one-of-a-kind online course that has been designed specifically for women who want to take charge of their personal and family nutrition in realistic and sustainable ways. You will love nutrition pro’s Stephanie Webb and Dallin Dickerson (see bios on our website) who teach our multi-media course and effectively motivate you to improve one small area of your nutrition habits at a time. This course is powerful and specific, but it isn’t scary. We won’t ask you to cut out sugar, and we won’t ask you to overhaul your family’s entire diet in a way that makes them rebel.
Nutrition Essentials for Real Moms has 6 modules which can be completed in 6 weeks or at your own pace because you will have access to the material for life. The module topics include:
- Discovering your WHY
- Meal Prep for Success
- Emotional Eating vs Mindful Eating
- Vegetables and Why They Matter the Most
You will not regret the decision to educate your mind and take care of your body by investing in this course. Happy learning!
